baby, its cold outside!!!

Well last weekend we got our first real dumping of snow, but not the cold temperatures, this weekend we got another pile of snow and the cold temps! Today's high was a balmy -29 C with a wind chill factor making it feel like -38 C. The cold temps are supposed to stay all week! (with more snow predicted!)

All things considered it was nice and sunny today, and even though it was -29 C it wasn't that bad if the wind didn't blow. Okay we were only outside long enough to run from the car to the store and then back again, but still... Here are some more wintery pictures... The snow on the driveway is all new, as it was shoveled nice and clean from the previous snow fall. We now have a good 15-20 cms of snow on the ground right now. It looks very pretty with the christmas lights on!




















Today was also my great-nephew's 1st birthday party, his actual birthday will be on Wednesday, so I'll end this post with a few pictures from the party.
