a quick little jig

After Monday's stitching afternoon, I put away Quaker Samplings III and pulled out a new little project that I first saw on the BBD blog. Its the Pink Flower freebie by The Workbasket. I really like the folky look to the flower, and knew as soon as I saw it I had to find it and stitch it.

Well I started it Monday evening and finished it up last night, so here is my "Pink Flower"...

I stitched it on 28ct Carolyn's Meadow joblean by Silkweaver using Simply Shaker GAST in Baby Spinach and Claret, and DMC 815.

Not sure what I'm going to do with it just yet, but I do like it...
